Procedure:
*Put the barbecue stick in feet part of prawn until to the tail.
*Boiled with water and put salt 5tbspn
*When you put the prawn make sure the hot water boiling and the salt absorb already
*must the boiled water taste like sea water.
*Put the prawn in boiled water then alarm about 4mins.
*take the prawn put into the ice cold water for about 8 mins make the prawn was already cold.
*twist the stick when take the prawn to avoid breaking the meat
*Take out skin start from head to the tail make sure the will not broken.
*when cutting butterfly style make sure have a towel underneath the prawn to avoid pressure when cutting.
*clean the inside of the prawn using (cold salt water)
*soak the prawn with the amazu for 15 mins.( amazu make the prawn taste and looking shining.
*AMAZU RECIPE*
Water-300ml
Vinegar-100ml
Sugar-80gm
Salt-5gm
Dry chilli-1pc
