After loads of great advice from the AOPA forum, I purchased a Reliefband 2.0 from Amazon ([ Ссылка ]) to work through my motion sickness. Really seemed to help with minimizing the impact of the steeper turns in the Cirrus SR20. We also had a couple encounters where we needed to quickly avoid traffic that was headed our way...oh, and I took off for the first time but ended up going a bit sideways.
