Cheese and Butter Cake Recipe :

Ingredients:
Salted butter 250 gram
Caster sugar 170 gram
Cream cheese 150 gram
Eggs 4
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Flour 210 gram
Corn flour 40 gram
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 50 ml
Parmesan cheese 4 tbsp
Grated cheddar cheese ¼ cup

Method
Beat butter and sugar till creamy, then add cream cheese and continue beating for another minute till pale white and smooth. Add vanilla essence and 3 eggs one at a time, at low speed, and make sure each one is completely mixed in before adding the next. Then sieve in 2 tablespoons of the flour and the 4th egg into the mixture, and continue beating till combined. Sieve in the remaining flour in 2 portions and fold well with a spatula, followed by parmesan cheese, and fold well again. Pour batter into a lined loaf pan. Then grate half the cheddar cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 15 minutes, then add more grated cheddar cheese on top and continue to bake for 30-35 minutes or skewer inserted comes out dry.
