This interactive webinar is the first in a series of 6 sessions which will explore the ever-evolving world of assistive technology. The Sight and Sound Technology team will guide you through real life scenarios focusing on individuals with a variety of conditions and specific requirements. As a group we will discuss the suggested solutions and examine how assistive technology can offer support and enable people with a disability in a range of social care settings to maintain their mobility, independence, pursue their hobbies and interests, connect with friends and carers and to operate more effectively in everyday life.

• Computer software – magnification and screen reading

• Indoor and outdoor navigation
