**Ingredients:**
1. Mince meat
2. 2 tablespoons of oil
3. Garlic
4. Ginger (for the Asian-style variation)
5. 1.5 teaspoons of salt
6. 2 teaspoons of onion powder
7. 1 teaspoon of black pepper
8. Spices for the Asian-style:
- 0.5 teaspoon of dhaniya (coriander) powder
- 0.5 teaspoon of zeera (cumin) powder
- 0.5 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
9. 2 jars of pasta sauce
10. Grated cheddar cheese
11. Grated mozzarella cheese
12. Mozzarella cheese ball
13. Lasagna pasta sheets
14. White lasagna sauce
**Instructions:**
1. **Preparation**:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (or gas mark 6).
- Rinse the minced meat under cold water and drain well.
2. **Cooking the Meat**:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic (and ginger if making Asian-style) and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the minced meat and brown, breaking up any clumps.
- Halfway through, season with salt, onion powder, and black pepper.
- For the Asian-style lasagna, incorporate dhaniya powder, zeera powder, garam masala, and red chili powder.
- Continue cooking until the meat is fully browned and moisture reduces.
- Pour in the pasta sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer to your preferred sauce consistency.
3. **Layering the Lasagna**:
- In an oven tray, begin with a layer of the meat sauce.
- Sprinkle generously with grated cheddar and mozzarella. Place slices from the mozzarella cheese ball atop.
- Cover with lasagna pasta sheets.
- Spread a generous amount of white lasagna sauce over the sheets.
- Repeat these layers as desired, typically for two more layers.
4. **Baking**:
- Once layered, place the lasagna tray in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown, if using fresh lasagna sheets.
- For no-precook lasagna sheets, refer to the package for baking duration.
