It's that time of year in Oklahoma where that temperature starts to drop and I prepare my body to acclimate to the weather. It was in 40's...which that's not cold...yet
Anyway during this time of the year. I start taking cold showers, working out shirtless, and conditioning my feet and hands with cold ice water.
For physical and mental benefits.
Because I hate when I get so cold. It interferes with my workout.
Do any of you guys workout outside when it's cold? And if you do. Do you got shirtless?
