It has been an action-packed first year for Cities Changing Diabetes – but there will be no birthday cake when the pioneering programme turns one this week.

One year to the day the project was launched in Mexico City, Novo Nordisk and partners University College London (UCL) and Steno Diabetes Center are instead completely focused on the journey ahead, with the project now poised to enter its most critical chapter yet.
