1. Breast cyclical pain
This happens before menstruation and as a result of hormonal changes.

2. Breast pain that is not cyclical
Non-cyclical breast discomfort can develop for a variety of reasons, but it does not necessarily indicate that you have breast cancer.

Breast pain is uncommon in cancer patients.
