RECIPES:
KIWI COLLINS
Ingredients :
6-8 chunks of kiwi
4 tsp powdered sugar
20 ml lemon juice
30 ml gin
soda
Method:
In a tall glass, add kiwi, sugar and lemon juice. Muddle it all together and add ice cubes. Now pour gin to it and top up with soda.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.
GIN AND JAMUN (black plum)
Ingredients :
8-10 deseeded black plums
3-4 tsp powdered sugar
30 ml gin
soda
Method:
In a tall glass, add deseeded jamuns or black plums. Muddle it together to extract all flavour. Add ice cubes and pour gin. Top it up with soda.
Garnish with a black plum.
