Previously the baby otter was pretty worked up looking for it’s Mom.

The baby sea otter 🦦 begins to look under the water

Suddenly the baby sea otter is scooped up by its Mom

Then after reuniting the baby sea otter gets on top of another otter that’s not its Mom and learns not to do that. The baby sea otter has a lot of energy and is so cute.
