I wanted to try out the new Center Finder function in LightBurn. I had a round piece of glass on which I wanted to etch something. So I combined these into one project. I engraved the moon onto the glass and used the center of the image and the center of the glass for my coordinate system. The new Center Finder function worked well for this.
All of my test burning on glass was done using tempered glass and this round piece of glass was not tempered. The burn parameters are different between the two types of glass. I will need to set up a test burn on regular glass as I want to do some burning on picture frame glass and that is not typically tempered glass. The speeds will need to be slower and/or the power higher.
