Mango Sago at Gulaman Recipe
Mango Tapioca Pearl Jelly Recipe

Ingredients for Mango Sago't Gulaman :
2 mangoes
1/2 cup tapioca pearl(cooked and drained)
1 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup nestle cream or all purpose cream
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 pack of mango jelly
1/4 cup water for mango to blend
1 cup hot water to dissolve the jelly

How to make mango sago't gulaman

Tapioca pearl ( Sago )
Boil 4 cups of water . Add 1/2 cup tapioca pearl ( Sago ). Stir continuously to avoid from sticking together. Cover and cook over medium heat.Add water if needed until it is cooked or translucent. Drain and wash tapioca pearl.Set aside .

Mango Jelly
Add 1 cup boiling water to mango jelly powder. Stir until totally dissolved. Pour in the glass container, let it cool and set to the fridge. Once done cut mango jelly into cubes, set aside.

Cut 1 mango and blend to make puree to mix in the cream.

Cut 1 mango into small cubes to mix in the cream and for toppings.

In a big bowl combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, mango puree,nestle cream. Add the cooked tapioca pearl,mango jelly and mango cubes.

Chill for 1 hour in refrigerator and put into desire glass or bowl. Enjoy your Mango Sago't Gulaman Dessert.
