Mini-review:
At a first glance this phone had everything I was looking for, especially a good price. Prior to the purchase I watched tons of video and text reviews, both professional and user, and they all said it was great. I don't fully agree. While most things were great, it was all the small things that made me eventually just send it back. I just felt that it was more work than pleasure from this phone. It started out by me discovering that the UI was laggy, which I then found out was because of a software bug which made the processor peak whenever the user touches the screen. That was discovered half a year ago and still hasn't been fixed. Some say it will be fixed with the Gingerbread update, which everybody STILL are waiting for. Ok, that's one problem. The next day I tried it out as an MP3-player, and to my dismay I discovered that a loud hiss is heard constantly whenever a sound or song is playing. This, also, is a known problem and will probably not be fixed (hardware issue?). Alright, whatever, I have a dedicated MP3-player anyways. During my P500-problems research I had read that some have issues with the SD-card, but that it had been fixed with the latest firmware, which I had installed on the first day. Two days later my SD-card just wasn't available anymore. Couldnt start any apps or play any songs at all. Had to crack that fu**er open and re-insert the card. Booted the up the phone again (the longest boot ever, like 5 minutes) and discover that all my apps are gone. Thanks, F**K YOU. That was the day I returned it.
I really wanted to love this phone, but it just wouldn't let me. Finally I just had enough of Googling solutions to problems that shouldn't have been there in the first place, and my girlfriend got tired of my non-stop whining during these days. And the weird thing is that I don't even know who to blame, was is LG or Android that failed me? If they fix the problems it will be a freakin awesome entry-level Android phone, with a great display, perfect size, good GPS, versatile OS and all that, but right now it looks like I will stick to my old dumb-phone a while longer, and stay away from the likes of LG and Android.

And that is my review or short story of my experience with this wonderfully annoying phone. Good day.
