Rayalaseema Style Palli Chutney or Cheniginjalu Chutney

Recipe:

First in a pan add 1 glass ground nuts, 3 Red chillies and roast it for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Now let it cool.

Once it cools transfer it into a mixer.

Now along with it add 5 Green chillies, 1 Onion sliced, Salt to taste, 1 Garlic pod, little bit Tamarind and add 1 glass of water and blend it well into a fine paste.

Now for tadka add 1 spoon of oil in a pan and heat it well and then add 1 spoon of Urad dal, Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, 1 Red chilli and little bit of Curry leaves and saute for 15 seconds.

Now add this tadka into the chutney and mix it well.

That's it tasty Rayalaseema Style Palli Chutney or Cheniginjalu Chutney is ready to eat 😋.

This chutney tastes amazing with Dosa and Idli.
