In 1995 while commanding special forces unit FOXHOUND from a position in the U.S. military, Big Boss establishes the fortified military nation 'Outer Heaven' in South Africa. The Outer Heaven Uprising occurs, but is quashed by Solid Snake, who kills Big Boss' phantom.

Changes:
- Better animation quality.
- Maps now with full lighting capability.
- Added detail to areas such as Big Boss' Resting Place.
- Added new dialogue for both Big Boss & Solid Snake.
- Additional scene with Quiet.

- The model for Venom Snake is unfortunately missing the horn and prosthetic arm. This is due to the Venom Snake model not working correctly during production. Had I used the Venom Snake model you would be seeing a face of purple and black squares.
