The types of Child Custody that are granted by court to the Parents
1) Physical Custody– The parent who has been granted physical custody is sometimes the first guardian and also the child lives with the parent. the opposite parent is usually given legal right over the weekend.
2) Legal Custody– Legal Custody means either parent will create choices that have an effect on the welfare of the kid comparable to medical treatment, spiritual practice, and education. each oldsters still share legal child custody till the minor has reached the age of eighteen or becomes de jure emancipated.
3) Joint Custody – To try and do away with the construct of primary guardianship, a new construct of joint custody has been evolved which provides each oldsters legal and physical custody.
