Ingredients for Turkish Seekh Kabab Pulao:
K&N’s Seekh Kabab 10-12
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Water 4 cups
Soaked Rice 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Whole spices 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Yellow Food color a pinch
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Saffron 2 pinches
Green coriander (chopped) for garnish
K&N’s stok 2 (Cubes)
Directions for Pulao:
Prepare K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on the pack.
For Pulao heat oil in a pan and fry onion until translucent add half cup water and let it boil. Add whole spices and cook for a minute.
Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt and mix well.
Add yogurt and mix well, then add water, K&N’s stok, and bring it to boil.
Add soaked rice and let it cook until 80% water is evaporated.
Add food color, saffron, prepared K&N’s Seekh Kabab cover, and steam on low flame for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the stove, dish them out.
Garnish it with green coriander and serve hot.
