The Greek Philosopher, Socrates' approach, now known as 'The Socratic Method' saw him challenge the Athenian public over their opinions through questions and cross examination. While this certainly would've annoyed a lot of people, and would do today, could it be something we benefit from when applying it to our internal dialogue?
