This is a kit-bashed Atlas GE-40B (Dash 8) BC Rail #3903. I added a TCS Sound Decoder with two 28mm WOW Speakers in the long hood. I also scratch built the functional ditch lights front and back like the prototype. I moved the light bezel from above the cab to the short hood nose. The bell was mounted appropriately above the cab as well, and I also added the Nathan K5 air-horn in it`s correct position. Following this I custom painted and weathered the engine. It is the first locomotive on my new "HO" scale shelf layout based upon Southern British Columbia Rail (SRY Rail Link).
Note: I have to remount the short hood dual light so it is horizontal, not vertical. It was only this particular model #3903 which had a horizontal bezel configuration, not a vertical like the rest of the fleet.
