When anyone feels the chest pain radiating from the chest to back and left arm, it might be a heart attack or Angina pain. The pain must not be neglected, and the patients should immediately visit the hospital. In the heart attack, the common symptoms are breathlessness, palpitation, excessive sweating, acute chest pain, vomiting and dizziness. After observing such symptoms, the patients should immediately call the medical service or visit the nearest hospital.
