Cheers to Wayne County Judge Quiana Llillard for dismissing felony marijuana delivery charges which would have ended in deportation for our client.

Thankfully, when the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act is passed in November we will no longer have to fight bogus cases like this.
