This is the dramatic scene during Storm Ciaran where a guy is nearly swept out to sea by a massive wave.
In dramatic video shot on Thursday of last week, the man is seen gazing out into Dover's Marine Parade promenade at the height of the storm, with wind gusts reaching 100 mph.
A few seconds later, a massive 25-foot wave topples the man by plunging through the seaside railings and submerging the tarmac below.
