1. Start by massaging the inner edge of your heel with your favourite non-toxic cream or oil to “wake up” the reflexes. Make sure to breath!
2. Locate the bone ridge on the inner edge of your foot & follow it down to the end.
3. Once you’re there, use your pointer finger to move slightly towards the back of the heel, press down & rotate to activate the Sciatic Nerve reflex releasing pain & inflammation.
4. Repeat on the other foot as well.
