If you've never been very lean, reaching 10% body fat can put you in a tough situation. Most guys make many mistakes when transitioning from a fat loss phase that got them to 10% body fat to a maintenance phase that would enable them to stay between 10% and 12% body fat.
In this video, I'm going to share with you one of the biggest mistakes when reaching 10% body fat, which I've also made that put on on the wrong path for months. This one mistake had me regain lots of body fat very quickly and had to do another fat loss phase.
I hope that this video helps you be more prepared for when you reach 10% body fat so you can effectively transition into a healthy maintenance phase.
