Responsible for around 50,000 staff he is also the head of retail banking and wealth management for Europe. In this video he places his personal life in the spotlight to discuss why diversity and inclusion are so important for the bank. He also explains why he champions a meritocracy in the workplace, where everyone is able to be open about themselves irrespective of race, gender or sexuality.
