After Kagouti Den and Ashimanu Mine, Theldyn Virith asks you to go to Shishi (a Telvanni outpost the Redoran have recently attacked) and bring back a report.

While there, you can look for the missing wizard.

This is the second-to-last of Ald Velothi Redoran quests. Last one requires the rank of "House Brother", so I'll cover it later.
