This is a 5 Minute Guided Meditation to ease Anxiety, Worry, and Urgency.
I believe that meditation changes the chemistry in our bodies, energy around us, our reality and our lives for the better. The more we can find space and time for it the better we are off. We also become very in tune with ourselves and with the world here and beyond (sixth sense). I understand that many of us are on the 'GO' and rushing and may not find 20 or 30 minutes to meditate. How about 5 minutes? That is all it takes to invite more peace and calm into your life and get on with your day, that is all it takes to initiate the change the wellbeing of our bodies and to improve the reality around us.
You are worth all 60 minutes and more but if you do not have that time today 5 minutes is better than 0 😊 Find a quiet space, where you will not be disturbed just for 5 minutes and let your Inner Peace grow 🙌
