You can be a visionary leader.

You just need to follow these first steps.

First, clearly articulate what the vision is you are leading (most people are not clear!)

Second, share it with your people in a way they can see themselves engaging in it (almost never done well!)

Third, invite others to commit with you to accomplishing it (either people don’t ask others or they demand of others - both don’t work!)
