Here is a supplication prayer based on the Six Vajra Lines mantra:
HRIH Guru Padma Siddhi HRIH
Oh Guru Padma Siddhi, embodiment of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Infinite wisdom and compassion, please bestow your blessings upon me.
May the power of your mantra, the Six Vajra Lines, Purify my negative karma and obscurations, And awaken my innate wisdom and compassion.
May I be protected from all harm and obstacles, And may I swiftly attain the ultimate realization of Buddhahood.
