Ingredients
Besan phulki
Besan 1 cup
Soda 1pinch
Salt to taste
Water
Red chillie powder 1tsp

Method
In a bowl put all ingredients mix well by adding water make a batter .
Rest it for 10 min
Fry on medium flame

Ingredients of khatta pani
Water 2 cup
Imli 1 cup (soaked in water seperate seed )
Sugar 1 tbls
Salt to taste
Red chillie powder 1 tbls
Kaka namak 1 tbls
Cummin &corriender kutta hua 1 tbls
Dhania hand ful
Green chilie paste 1tbls
Onion ring

Prepare khata pani
In bowl add water ,tamarind water add all spices
Khara pani is ready
Add fry phulki
Ready to serve for 4-5people
