This is a great R&B ballad from Babyface's 2004 "Grown & Sexy" album. It's a great rhythm guitar to it and the chords are fairly easy and repetitive. There is a small error in the D7 annotation, it should be xx0212.

The name Acoustic Gasy is a combination of Acoustic (for Acoustic Guitar) and Malagasy (which refers to people/culture/things from the Island of Madagascar).
