This song is called "Filthy Fingers". It's a demo/variation of the song "Girl With One Eye", which Florence would later release on "Lungs". When it was made, Florence Welch and Isabella Summers released it with their group name as "Florrible and Misrabella" (aka Florence and the Machine and Laydee Isa).

Picture is of Florence and Isa playing keyboard at a concert at the Fox Theater in Oakland on November 5th (I was there!!).
