‘RHONY’s Tinsley Mortimer Suspects Her Friendship With Carole Radziwill Felt ‘Strange’ To Be Tinsley Mortimer is talking about the ongoing drama between his co-stars of 'Real Housewives of New York City'.
Tinsley Mortimer has said in the past that he does not believe that his friendship with Carole Radziwill is what sparked Radzwill's reaction to his co-star of Real Housewives of New York City. However, during a new interview, Mortimer admitted that Frankel probably considered his closeness a bit "strange".
While speaking with the presenters of The Daily Dish Podcast, through a July 10 report on All About the Real Housewives, Mortimer attempted to make sense of the ongoing drama between Radziwill and Frankel.
"Bethenny was close to Carole before I joined the show and I think Bethenny may have been surprised a bit by Carole and being around," Mortimer explained. "So I think Bethenny thought it was strange that Carole and I got close."
According to Mortimer, she and Radzi will have many of the same friends and Radziwill will actually introduce her to her intermittent boyfriend, Scott Kluth. He explained that Kluth knows Radziwill's ex-boyfriend, Adam Kenworthy, and a man named Tripp, who works in the Radziwill building.
"The story has gone there and obviously, once we started to leave the show, we became close," continued Mortimer.
Although there have been rumors that Frankel is jealous of the friendship of Radziwill and Mortimer, Mortimer said he does not think they will compete. Instead, he said that Frankel was probably a little confused about why Radziwill and Mortimer seemed to be coming so soon.
