Does this CUCUMBER SALAD really live up to the hype? @logaagm
✨Recipe:
1 ½ pounds English Cucumbers
½ tsp salt
4 sprigs Green Onion
1 tsp Grated Ginger
1 clove Minced Garlic
¼ cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Directions:
1. Slice the cucumbers then place in a bowl and toss with the salt to help them release water. Set aside.
2. Strain cucumbers (do not rinse), and combine in a bowl with ginger, garlic, green onion, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic chili sauce, and toasted sesame seeds.
3. Cover and shake thoroughly to coat well. Serve, and enjoy! 😉
