Allen Klein is an award-winning keynote speaker, best-selling author, and jollytologist who shows people how humor can help them heal their lives. In 1974, Allen’s thirty-four-year-old wife fell ill and died. He learned to process his grief using humor. In 1989, he published The Healing Power of Humor: Techniques for Getting Through Loss, Setbacks, Upsets, Disappointments, Difficulties, Trials, Tribulations, and All That Not-So-Funny Stuff.
Since then, Allen has published many books, including The Courage to Laugh and his most recent book, The Awe Factor: How a Little Bit of Wonder Can Make a Big Difference In Your Life. In 2009, Allen was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor. Here's where you can find him:
