Good health, mindfulness, internal and external energies are powerful.
We all need to lower inner stress levels. We need to increase healthy dreaming levels because that's so good for us. Deep sleep or deep relaxation improves our state of physical and mental health. This in itself can be a strengthening exercise.
Keep your posture straight, sit where you are comfortable and have long deep breaths in and out. If you can, try to take about 7 to 10 minutes out of your day to watch my video sessions.
I strongly believe relaxing oneself is a medicine in itself.
Lower blood pressure.
Quiet the nervous system.
Ease muscle tension.
Reduce stress and anxiety.
Trigger the release of sleep-friendly hormones
