Method -

- Add 2 cups soy milk to instant pot
- Press 'yoghurt' and 'adjust' until 'boil' appears on display
- After boiled, use kitchen thermometer to see when temperature is between 110-115 degrees fahrenheit
- Add 1.5 Tbsp coconut yoghurt (can use probiotics or yoghurt starter culture instead) and mix well
- Press 'yoghurt' and 'adjust' until timer is displayed and pressure is on 'normal'
- Adjust time to 8-18 hours
- When finished eat yoghurt!
