Sixth (1998-2003) logo print of Japanese anime production and distribution company, Pioneer Entertainment. The company was founded by Nozomu Matsumoto in 1938 in Tokyo as a radio and speaker repair shop. Pioneer played a role in the development of interactive cable TV, the Laser Disc player, the first automotive Compact Disc player, the first detachable face car stereo, Supertuner technology, DVD and DVD recording, plasma display (branded as Kuro), and Organic LED display (OLED).
The fifth logo (used for 10 years) of Japanese animation studio, TMS Entertainment Co., Ltd. The company (as Tokyo Movie) was founded in 1964 by Yutaka Fujioka and is based in Tokyo, Japan. It's also one of the largest animation studios in Japan. In 2005, the company was acquired by Sega Sammy and in 2010 TMS became a subsidiary of SEGA Holdings Co., Ltd..
