HOW TO MAKE Authentic Neapli Aalu ko Achar / Aloo ko Achar / Kakro ko achar
Ingredients
200 gram (2 boil Potatoes) (medium size)
- 400 gram Radish (Red and white mixed)
- 250 gram cauliflower
- 50 gram fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup green peas (Soaked in water overnight)
- 1/2 cup small brown peas (Soaked in water overnight)
- 5 tbsp cooking oil (You can reduce the oil if you wish to)
- 3 tbsp Sesame seeds, first roasted and then grated in grinder (Brown Powder)
- 1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds (Methi)
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp Salt or as per your taste
- 12-13 dried red chillies (dry Roasted on a Pan)
- ¼ tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 4 Green chilies chopped into small pieces
- Imli (tamarind paste made with tamarind)
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder (for colour)
