this was our first time making a subliminal :) we hope it helps you all shift to your desired realities. make sure to visualize as well!! in every subliminal video, we decided to put a method we have found helpful, here's today’s: ⤵

1. prepare to shift using subliminals (this video), rereading your script/ scripting, or meditation
2. lay in a “starfish” position (no limbs touching) and don't move, keep your eyes closed.
3. count to 100 in your head. you can either count from 0 to 100, or 100 to 0. (it is recommended you count to 100 though just so that if you haven't shifted yet and got to 100, you can just keep counting up) i recommend this because this is what i do to shift :)
4. be sure to also be visualizing your dr and focusing on it when counting
tingling, twitching, and heavy breathing is normal. you should feel your dr around you and shift, good luck!!
