Fill in your Lats
I like programming an "upper back" bias pulldown in for the Teres, Upper Lat, and Trap
Now this is NOT an isolation, the lats are for sure getting worked hard here, but each variation has its place.
Lean back far enough with the torso to feel that tension in the armpit area. Lock it in there and pull down.
I prefer not to cue the torso to come back upright and then swing back down as many start using momentum and more weight than is needed. Then we lose control of the eccentric which is the most growth promoting.
