Capsaicin is a cream or a patch that we apply over an area of severe neuropathic pain and that can be just about anywhere on the body so your hands, your arms, your leg, shoulder and what that does is over time if applied appropriately up to four to five times a day it can reduce the irritability of the nerves in that area and reduce the pain experienced from neuropathic pain.
