Some lore for the extra stuff:
Dr. Y3llow/Duyao (Poison in chinese), performs a mass experiment using test subjects like Starii, for her newest fabrication, an undercover poison she nicknamed "Project Y3llowitis".
Y3llowitis was thought to be a natural occurring disease where the victim would face extreme hallucinations and associate their surroundings with the colour yellow, leading them to believe that Dr. Duyao was the only one to fix them.
However, this led to a never ending cycle of the patient developing a chronic need for anything yellow coloured, which resulted in them being under full control of Dr. Duyao's poisonous concoction :D
