INGREDIENTS:
For Rice :
- White Rice or Basmati Rice - 1 ½ cups
- Fenugreek Seeds - ½ tsp
- Water - 600ml
For Kanji Making :
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon - 3 sticks
- Cardamom - 5 pods
- Cloves - 5
- Mustard Seeds - ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
- Curry leaves
- Medium Onions - 2 (Chopped)
- Salt to Taste
- Mutton - 350g (Boneless)
- Ginger + Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder - ½ tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
- Curry Powder - 1 tsp
- Crushed Chilli - ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
- Carrots - 75g (Chopped)
- Potatoes - 100g (Chopped)
- Beans - 75g (Chopped)
- Medium Tomatoes - 1 (Chopped)
- Green Chillies - 3
- Water - 1 ½ litres
- Leeks - 50g (Sliced)
- Coconut Milk - 750ml
- Hot Water - 250ml
- Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
