'Monte Carlo' is a Kinetic weapon that uses Primary ammo. It was introduced in Season 8 (Undying) of Destiny 2: Shadowkeep in 2019.
The 'Merry Maker' ornament for this weapon was introduced in Season 12 (Hunt) of Destiny 2: Beyond Light in 2020 during the 'Dawning' event.
This ornament can be purchased from the in-game Eververse store for Silver or Bright Dust (depending on availability) during the annual Dawning event.
