A delicious sauce commonly served on Taiwanese sizzling plate steak. It goes well served on top of steak, pork or chicken.
Ingredients:
1/8 cup Black pepper
2 tbsp Ketchup
I tbsp Worcestershire sauce or A1 sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Chicken stock
Corn starch water mix (cornstarch 2 tsp 3 tbsp water)
1/2 Onion chopped
2 tbsp minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Sugar
3 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Butter
