A 3 step system. Firstly reassure yourself that it's all very safe, steel yourself and jump.
Secondly, recognise that you've made a huge mistake and you're plunging into the Bhote Khosi river, squealing like a stuck pig.
Thirdly laugh it off as if it was nothing whilst promising yourself you'll never do it again.
