This video shows a DO IN method (which is a way of self healing through self massage based on acupuncture energy channels) for do it by yourself at home, without costs and in a practical way to rebalance the body energy and improve the well being.
I am an acupuncturist graduated in Japan and of course, nothing is better than an evaluation from a therapist to achieve great results, but in his the lack, this points could be of great help, at least I hope that it will help you, that is why I decided to share this knowledge.
These points aim to alleviate intercostal neuralgia, specially the Branching Trench point, located at 4 fingers up the wrist. This kind of pain is very resistant to medicines and conventional treatments, but in my master's experiences and mine, these points help a lot.
Points can be stimulated 1 time per day, more often between 1 to 5 times with a toothpick or 10 times doing with the fingers. I recommend some rest, if possible, to enhance the therapeutic effects. Remember to always stimulate both sides!
The stimulus response vary from person from person, may get better in 1 time or can improve gradually, which is the most frequent case.
