In Kingdom Hearts χ[chi], the original release of KHUχ, there were 3 separate Anniversary events included in the game. The first was the Gummi Ship quests with Donald and Goofy, the second was the Moogle O' Glory quests to upgrade the Keyblade, and the third was an event to farm Light Crystals, a resource exclusive to KHχ[chi]. The 3rd event lasted 4 weeks, and throughout the weeks you could encounter 10 different Keyblade Wielders that you could talk to each week. However, unlike the other Anniversary events, the 3rd Anniversary remained exclusive to KHχ[chi], and as far as I've been able to find, there doesn't seem to be a full recording of the entire event available on YouTube with all the dialogue, much less translated.

To make a long story short, after a reddit post that had a much clearer range of answers thanks to u/ShardofTruth ([ Ссылка ]) and some spontaneous translations from Cherri, @petalscythe on Twitter ([ Ссылка ]), I thought about making a video presentation of the event wherein I would essentially "create" new cutscenes in the style of KHUχ cutscenes containing all the known dialogue from this event. As such, a piece of "lost" content has been restored, in a way. I took some liberties with the music choice, and of course the translation isn't official, but I hope this services the events of the, well, Event decently enough.

So, what happens in this Event? To give more details that wouldn't fit well in the video, the Event contained 10 keyblade wielders as follows:
-A girl wearing a Bear cap
-A girl wearing a flower wraith
-Captain, a girl with glasses and wearing a school uniform
-A boy with wacky glasses and a big afro
-A girl dressed in full pink, down to her frog hat
-Mog, a boy wearing a Moogle helmet
-Leader, a girl wearing a bandana on her head
-A boy dressed as a pirate
-A boy wearing clothing designed like a Gummi ship
-And a boy with an eyepatch and cool wings

At the very last week of this event, 8 of these wielders have gone missing, and only Leader and the girl in pink remain on the map to speak with. Additionally, in the spots where the Bear girl, the Gummi boy, the pirate boy, and the winged boy all stood, there was a Darkling standing in place. This implies that these 4 wielders were turned into Darklings over the course of the mission. The other 4 missing wielders don't have Darklings standing in their spots, but there ARE numerous Darklings sprinkled across the worlds.

So does that mean those 4 also were turned into Darklings? Well, if you're watching this video as part of a playlist I made encompassing the story of χ[chi], Unchained χ, and Union χ[Cross], then you're not aware of this yet, but Leader, Mog, the pink girl, and the afro guy all appear in the main story of Union χ[Cross], and the Captain appears in a limited-timed event (and is implied to have been the leader of this group during the events of KHχ[chi]). So all 5 of them seemingly survived their unfortunate fates. It's a shame we don't know what happened to the girl with the flower wraiths, however......
