Patate Lesse con Prezzemolo e Limone

400 g di patate
Prezzemolo fresco tritato

Mezzo cucchiaio di sale grosso (per la lessatura)

CURIOSITÀ
Le patate lesse al prezzemolo e limone sono un classico della cucina italiana.

PREPARAZIONE
Per preparare le patate lesse al prezzemolo incominciare con il lavare accuratamente le patate quindi raccoglierle in una pentola, ricoprirle di acqua, aggiungere un cucchiaio di sale grosso e cuocerle per circa 15-20 minuti, con il coperchio.
Il tempo di cottura varierà a seconda della grandezza delle patate ma potete regolarvi infilzando la patata con una forchetta, se si buca facilmente significa che sono pronte per essere scolate.
Una volta cotte, scolatele in una ciotola e lasciatele raffreddare completamente.
Nel frattempo lavate bene e tritate il prezzemolo.
